Act For Darfur

By 2007 the Darfur crisis had displaced 2.5 million people, left 400,000 dead and four million people dependent on aid. The Act for Darfur campaign hosted by Mia Farrow held an 11 hour arts festival at the Tricycle theatre, London aiming to inform, inspire and equip visitors to take action about the crisis. The campaign commissioned Liv Mann to take the following images of refugee families from Darfur living in London to tell their stories. The images were exhibited as part of the festival.
